Project Co-ordinator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised Project co-ordinator with excellent client management skills to join our Project Delivery team within our Operations department.

We are recruiting Project co-ordinators to keep up the with growth of our rapidly expanding customer base.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000–£25,000 OTE, with top performers reaching £35,000+, uncapped bonus.

The Role

– Assume full responsibility/delivery for monthly targets across an array of KPI’s
– Build long-lasting, profitable relationships across a diverse range of clients
– Demonstrate and deliver exceptional levels of customer service, exceeding both internal and external client needs
– Maintain and manage all internal systems and tools to accurately process accounts/client management
– Rapidly link business requirements/value to client needs
– Report all forecast and pipeline metrics effectively and accurately to the Operations Manager
– Transact client enquires into tangible, project opportunities across multiple utility sectors

Role Requirements

– Excellent Client management skills.
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Project/Account Management, or similar roles
– Past experience in the utilities industry preferred.
– Strong communication/relationship skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
